Error message when right clicking help in fit function menu

I right clicked help on a fitting function in the muon interface and got the attached error message.
Windows 10 installation of Mantid 5.1.20200924.1626

Hi Peter. I think we have seen something along these lines over a remote desktop connection. Are you using remote desktop when you see this problem?

Also, can you check if opening instrument viewer for any data works on the same set-up?

Hi Daniel, Yes this did happen over a remote desktop. Instrument Viewer also crashed MantidWorkbench completely.

We think we have found a fix for both of these problems.
