I’m trying to export a table workspace as an ascii ( using “file → export ascii”), which used to work, but does not anymore (it’s greyed out). I am on the SNS analysis cluster, so things should be up to date.

Not sure about what happened with that option. You can still go to the right side of the table (just outside the last column) and use the right click “Export to ASCII”. I’ve noticed that if you go to the File menu, the export to ASCII option will become disabled in the right click as well. If that happens, close the table view and show it again.
