If you do not use Mantid on Windows then you can stop reading.
We have been made aware of an issue with the Windows package that we have put up for beta testing. It will show the splashscreen and then stop with no errors.
We could not reproduce this on our any own machines and we’d like to thank the group of testers that sat with us to diagnose the issue. We now know the problem and we are working on a fix. We will communicate further when a fixed version is available.
We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and we will be reviewing our testing procedures to stop this happening again.
