Problem with installed Mantid for Windows

I installed the latest version without any issues, but when I launch the .exe it thinks for 1 min and then nothing happens.

The solution was:

  1. Uninstall Mantid
  2. Go to the folder where your Mantid was installed, you will see some folders (some of these will contain files)
  3. Manually delete everything in this folder (the folders and files). Now the “MantidInstall” folder should be empty
  4. Reinstall Mantid
  5. Try to start Mantid
