Unable to load file in Mantid

Expected behavior

I have installed Mantid 6.11.0 on Windows 11. I have started following the Mantid Basic Course. I am currently on the step of loading the “MAR11060.raw”, and creating a Workbench file. I expect that when I click the run file, that the workspace will start to be populated

Actual behavior

When I click the run button, nothing happens. The load file window remains in place, and nothing happens. It is as the button is non-functional.

Thank you for your bug report. To help us narrow this problem down, please can you provide the following information:

  • Did you use the “Browse” button to find the file, or did you enter just the text “MAR11060”?
  • In the “File”->“Manage User Directories” window, do you have any search directories set up?
  • In the “File”->“Manage User Directories” window, what is the “Search Data Archive” option set to?
